Hong Kong and Shanghai stocks tumbled on Wednesday, tracking losses on Wall Street, with energy firms sinking in line with falling oil prices. The Hang Seng Index closed 1.02 percent or 239 points lower, at 23,325. Market turnover was HK$52.11 billion.
